Cancellation policy

how it works. subscriptions renew every two months. your card is charged at each renewal, and your box ships with free standard shipping. the price you signed up at is the price you pay, and if that ever changes we'll tell you before it affects you.

canceling. cancel anytime, no fees, no hoops. log in to your account at nftp.us, open subscriptions, and cancel from there. or just email hello@nftp.us and we'll do it for you. cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again.

already shipped. canceling stops future boxes. anything already charged and shipped follows our refund policy.

Check the shipping timing numbers in the shipping policy — I assumed "ships within 2 business days" since you're hand-fulfilling; change if that's not realistic. Once you've pasted and saved all four, tell me and I'll verify the pages went live, then add footer links for the new policies to the theme so customers can actually find them.
