we collect what we need to run the store and nothing more.

what we collect. when you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment information. if you sign up for updates we collect your email. we also collect standard browsing data automatically — pages visited, device type, that kind of thing.

why we collect it. to process and ship your orders. to send order confirmations and shipping updates. to improve the store. occasionally to send you news if you opted in — unsubscribe anytime.

who we share it with. shopify processes our payments and hosts our store. shipping carriers receive your address to deliver your order. loops, our email provider, holds the email addresses of people who opted in to updates. we don't sell your data to anyone, ever.

cookies. shopify uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how people use the site. you can disable cookies in your browser settings.

the app. our companion app works differently to the store. everything you log in the app, your protocol, your doses, your moods, your journal entries, is stored only on your phone. it never touches our servers. no account, no cloud, no analytics, no tracking.

the one exception: if you choose to share your email during setup, it goes to our email provider so we can send you news. that's the only thing that ever leaves your phone, and only if you opt in. unsubscribe anytime.

reminders are scheduled on your device, not sent from us. delete the app and your data goes with it. want your email removed from our list? hello@nftp.us.
