Refund policy

we want you to be happy with what you ordered. if something's wrong, we'll make it right.

returns. unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. email hello@nftp.us with your order number and we'll sort it out. once we receive the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within a few days.

opened products. supplements are consumables, so we can't restock opened pouches or bottles. but if something arrived damaged, defective, or just wrong, email us. we'll replace it or refund it, no need to send anything back.

return shipping. if we made the mistake, we pay the shipping. if you changed your mind, the return postage is on you.

subscriptions. canceling your subscription stops future deliveries, it doesn't refund boxes already shipped. those follow the same 30-day rules above. cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us.
