where we ship. united states only, for now.

cost. standard shipping is free on every order. express is $15 if you're in a hurry.

timing. orders ship within 2 business days. standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days from there, express 1 to 3. you'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

subscriptions. renewal boxes ship automatically every two months, with free standard shipping every time.

problems. lost, stuck, or damaged in transit? email hello@nftp.us with your order number and we'll fix it.
